What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and flexible payment options like Klarna or Shop Pay Installments where available.
Can I buy now and pay later?
Yes — depending on your location, you may be able to select Klarna or another “Pay Later” option at checkout.
Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
Because we process orders quickly, we can only make changes before your order has been dispatched. If it has already shipped, you can return it once received
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
If your shipping confirmation hasn’t yet been sent, we may be able to update your address. Once dispatched, please contact the courier directly for redirection.
What should I do if I haven’t received my confirmation email?
Check your junk or promotions folder first. If it’s not there, contact support@idaka.com with your full name and order number so we can help.
Shipping & Delivery
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order leaves our warehouse. You can follow its progress through the provided link.
How long does shipping usually take?
We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 business days and shipping takes a further 2 days.
Do you offer free shipping?
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Free shipping is available on qualifying orders - please see our Shipping Policy for details.
Will shipping be delayed during peak periods?
During new launches, sales or holidays, dispatch may take an extra 2-3 business days. We always aim to deliver as quickly as possible.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.
Can I exchange my item?
We don’t currently process direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order for your preferred product.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed 5-10 business days after your return reaches our warehouse. Refunds are sent via your original payment method.
My item arrived damaged or defective — what should I do?
Contact support@idaka.com within 14 days of delivery with clear photos of the defect. We’ll review and arrange a replacement, repair or refund where appropriate.
